INCLUSIONS
Hotel Nights accommodation on Double / twin sharing basis as per itinerary.
Meals as per given plan
All transfers and sightseeing as per the itinerary in an air-conditioned vehicle on sharing basis
Road taxes, parking fees, fuel charges, interstate taxes
GST is included in the package Unless otherwise specified.
Airport transfers -Airport to Hotel and Hotel and Airport transfers are included unless specifically asked by client for not adding it in the itinerary.
 
EXCLUSIONS
Some airlines in Europe and Other Destinations charges for airport  checkin and does not charge anything for the web checkin like RYANAIR. Airport checkin fees is not included in the package and cant be reimbursed in any case so kindly do the web checkin well in advance.
5 % tcs to be paid on specific part of package.TCS is over and above the quoted package.TCS has to be claimed by client while filing ITR..
GST if not mentioned in the rates
All personal expenses like tips, laundry, telephone calls/fax, alcoholic beverages, camera/video camera fees at monuments, medical expenses, airport departure tax etc.
Anything not mentioned under Package Inclusions.
Entrance fees at some / all monuments and sightseeing spots
Cost incidental to any change in the itinerary/stay on account of flight cancellation due to bad weather, ill health, and roadblocks and/or any factors beyond control.
Airfare if not mentioned in the itinerary
Travel Insurance if not mentioned in the itinerary
Sight seens in mostly countries starts from a specific point. In Such case client may need to reach on their own to that particular point.
Hotel to train / bus station and Train/ Bus station to Hotel transfers are not included.
Hotel to Ferry Port and Ferry port to hotel transfers are not included unless specifically added on request  with additional charges.
There is a Small amount of  City/Hotel Tax  in different Countries/States which needs to be paid there only and not included in the package.
In case cruise is there in your itinerary there is a Grautuity amount that needs to be paid by guest at the time of checkin or checkout from the cruise and not included in the  package amount.

BOOKING TERMS
Do not make payment in Anyone’s personal account/Upi.We as a company won’t be responsible for any payment made in any personal account.All payment has to be made either using our payment gateway link or in the company current account.
50 % advance payment to be paid at the time of booking.
30% payment at the time of receiving visa.
20 % + Tcs amount to be paid 15 days before departure date.
Air fare is calculated at the time of proposal creation and is subject to change at the time of booking.
100 % payment is to be made for domestic packages before 15 days of departure date.
100 % payment is to be made for international packages before 15 days of departure date failing which it may cause delay in the services from supplier end which may includes voucher/services.
In case of cancellation standard cancellation policies will be applicable or may be changed as per the policies

CANCELLATION POLICY
If you Cancel your Holiday
30 days or more before date of departure : 25% of total cost
29 – 20 days before date of departure : 50% of total cost
19 days or less before date of departure : 100% of total cost
 
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
In case client wishes to prepone /postpone his or her travel dates, we request you to kindly reach us 15 days prior to journey date via E-Mail/CALL/SMS.
The customers can prepone /postpone their tour only once  (if intimated before 15 days of travel date in written). However postponing & preponing may attract additional charges.
Also note that few service providers (Hoteliers, Transporter,Flight Operator  etc.) may apply postpone/prepone charges even after meeting above requirement. In such cases postpone/prepone charges will deducted from the advance amount deposited.
In all prepone or postpone scenarios, the services and the costing will be subject to availability of Hotel/Volvo/Flight and season/off season time.
We do not accept any changes in plan within 15 days of travel date. However in rare cases like adverse climatic conditions or strikes, package can be postponed which will be intimated to you beforehand.
The validity to utilize your Advance payment in prepone/postpone scenarios is 1 Year from the date of advance payment.
Only Hotels and Main Flights are being booked at the time of VISA processing / At the time of Booking the package(whichever is earlier) and when VISA is received by the client rest of the things i.e. Inter city / Inter Country Flights/Train/Ferries are being booked iin order to help the client with minimum cancellation incase of Refusal /Denial of Visa.
So Intercity / Inter country Flight/Train/Ferries timing may differ from the initial booking based on the availability at the time of receiving visa.
If incase client wish to book the same timings and of Intercity / Intercountry Flights/Train/Ferries which was offiered in the package at the time of booking then they need to pay the whole package amount in advance.
All transfers and tours are being booked once visa is received by the client.
